Well this showed some nice development on it some mushrooms and leather, but also a bit of oak. But it was really quite balanced and lovely!

Bretty and tart yesterday. Came together a little better today. Still light on its feet, tart, a little funky but not overwhelmingly so, and i'd probably prefer more funk in this profile. Sounds like I'm describing an American wild ale. Wouldn't guess it's Syrah in a blind tasting. Interesting wine. I dig it tho.
