Sometimes you come across a bottle that restores your faith in an appellation.This is it, Tavel at its loveliest, oozing with strawberries and red cheries, and carrying the 14.5% ABV very gracefully.

I loved this. Unique aroma. I smelt hot lips but it was probably the cinnamon from the grenach. It just left me wanting more. Pare with turkey. Expensive but worth it. Delectable gives me the wrong name...look at the picture to identify.

The nose is hot, showing strawberry jam and straw. Large note of dark cherry and strawberry sits up front, and stays there for a while. Fairly big-bodied for a rosé.
