The nose has deep cherry and spice notes. The first few sips you can really taste the spices, they are quite lovely. There are some tanins which I would expect and they are not over whelming. Really enjoyed this one. Had it with some bolognese.

Sep 14th, 2019Cherry and pepper aromas. Taste has sour cherry, apple juice, underripe strawberry. Medium- body and tannin, high acid. Dry. Finish is long but mild with red fruit flavors. Pair with pear and gorgonzola salad, salmon, cheeseburger. Versatile table wine without surprises.
