Rich and pliant, this is a gorgeous wine. Pineapple and apricot. A burst of acidity. Perfect balance. Yet delicious.

Served with fois gras at Lafayette, NYC.

That texture! Amazing!

A bit of a disappointment this evening.

Solid but not elite Yquem. Possessed all the depth and complexity you would expect but was more narrow without the focus you get in a better vintage.

Smells like peak market pricing, high viscosity

Concentrated and rich apricot, peach, honey, and elderflower. Sweet, but I could drink a bottle of this, perfectly balanced. 😍

Amazing

So crisp, delightfully sweet without the heaviness of lesser Sauternes.
