Great year. Still holding its own very well.

Cedar and spice bouquet. Great length. Balanced toward acid finish

One of the first and most acclaimed vintages since the Frey family – also owners of Domaine Paul Jaboulet Ainé in the Rhône Valley- took the helm at La Lagune. Blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot from the estate’s 80-hectare estate in Haut-Médoc. Earthy, powerful and complex. Cassis, black peppercorns, leather and forest floor.

Oak forward for sure as it opened but very full and a wonderful finish. Oak and berries linger. Yes I sound like a douche. It was good.

Great silky density and lengths, Lovely!

Magnum bottle, in middling form at the moment in this format.

Good value for the vintage. Can age more and not very complex but quite elegance.

Good juice decanted for a long time - happy birthday KDUBs

Outstanding length and texture, pure Haut Medoc class, will developp with cellaring!
