This is a steal at €11, but it needs time. The lack of vintage ripeness definitely shows as a peppery edge, but it’s firm and well built nonetheless. Good energy and decent concentration. Cherry/red currant fruit, soil, cedar, tobacco. Classic bdx.

2011 bordeaux. i like dark rusty red colour. earthy and oaky notes coming first. then black fruits and red currant. aging went ok but i have an issue with acidity and tannins. ok, i’m aware it’s not the frontliner.
