Rich golden color.
Nose a little floral, but mostly it's an explosion of citrous... WOW!
In the mouth is rich, almost "fat", with great body and persistence, plus the right amount of sapidity.
I served it with salmon marinated with dill, followed by grilled large scallops with walnuts an small potatoes.... oh, what a nice homemade dinner!

Degustado em dez/2015. Perfeito Bordeaux branco de entrada. Boa aromaticidade, acidez equilibrada com final saboroso.
