On the palate, silky tannins making way for soft vanilla and oak. Beautifully balanced Bordeaux with just the right amount of acid lingering with a lovely finish , like a beautiful symphony of the senses. Earthy forest floor opening up in the glass. My birthday wine for the week and loving it. 13.5% gorgeous left bank beauty.

Dec 25th, 2021Wonderful vintage for Meyney - fully mature and at its peak for drinking IMO. Tannins are well integrated and subtly present on the back palette. Soft cedar notes complement rich blackberries - an absolute joy to drink!
