Needed some time to open up but since it was end a workday I needed to drink faster than it could😬. Typicall dusty Bordeaux with some oak and leather. Just right for an evening pick me up at the chicken coop.

Easy drinking lighter Bordeaux with just enough tannin and lingering finish to keep you coming back for another sip. Roquefort, Gorgonzola, aged English cheddar & prosciutto were all elevated by this wine…or was it the other way around. Delicious.
