This 2012 vintage is just coming into it own now, it has a wonderful dry taste of plums and blackberries. Had this wine with roasted duck and scallop potatoes with Pienza cheese.

Very nice, smooth and dry. Enjoyable with our meal. Not earthy like most French wines but crisp dry and very flavorful.

Complex for the $$. Red fruit, some spice, leather and funk. Pretty fruit froward up front with the interesting notes coming in the back/ finish. Really good value!
