Vintage 2011 - after five years the wine has a incredible good balance, is very very rich and lovely to drink. Especially when it's your nightcap sitting outside the domaine looking at the old vines to see the sunset.

Wonderful sweet CB. So dark in colour yet easy drinkin’. Perfect w crème brûlée yet heavy s**t.

Wonderfully rich n deep sweet chenin. Also tried the -15 from barrique! Great apricot n pineaple complexity in a deep nice sweetness.

Rich and sweet with bright acidity. Great foil to the fat of the foie gras torchon.

Floral orange blossoms and light lavender on the nose. Fruit and honey on the palate with smooth finishes
