This white was very dry at first and then was followed by a sweet aftertaste. I decided to sip it once after not eating for a few hours to help cleanse the palate with the wine. The second sip was a lot better than the first. Orange and Apple fruit notes to taste. There is also a strong sense of ginger on the nose and slightly to taste.

tastes off-dry to me - still very sweet tasting and smelling, acidity only really tasted at the beginning of the sip, has hints of apple and peach

Love the sweetness. Definitely dry, but not too dry. One of my favorite wines we’ve tried in class so far

Dry, acidic, super light, slight carbonation, stone fruit. Really nice, would purchase on my own.

Smell: strong tropical smell, combination of peach, melon and passion fruit.
Taste: strong taste of peach and pineapple. Off dry taste with low acidity and low tannins.
Appearance: clear liquid with a very pale intensity.
Conclusion: very good wine.
