Killer! Drinking so nice right now. Almost everyone (including myself) guessed Sauternes. Richness is there but not overly sweet. Orange marmalade, honeysuckle, dried apricot and a toasted caramel note. Wonderful.

Rich, complex, tropical and sustaining, the bright golden viscous wine added a much appreciated nuance to the already spellbinding dish.
