Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

Surprisingly good value. Not the most complex, but an enjoyable (albeit young) Margaux.

The wine poured a beautiful dark Brick/blood red. We do candidate and let it breathe for about 45 minutes first. It has wonderful flavors of earth, graphite, dried fruit. This is another example I think of buying a lower cost wine from a great vintage and putting it up. It certainly could’ve Aged longer. But it went perfectly with our prime stakes dinner at Hanna with our friends the Swanson‘s and the Bailey‘s. #bordeaux #leftbankbordeaux #margauxwine

Great value. Drinks well with food.

Full bodied enjoyment on this last day of the December/Christmas break from school and work. Oaky on the front end, long fruit finish.

Too young but I needed a bottle of wine to open!

Too young and one dimensional, if allowed to age it would likely be much better
