This wine is such a joy. Loads of fresh raspberries and dried cranberries on the nose, with some cherry (sweet, but also slightly sour) on the palate. Bright acidity and very light, smooth tannins. Easy drinking on its own; also paired well with salmon. Would buy again.

Thivin never disappoints, and this brambly, jammy, crushable Gamay is no exception. Fantastic value for the money.
