Aside from Lopéz de Heredia 'Tondonia' rosado, this maybe one of the best rosés I've ever had. Color is almost tawny, nose is a bit mute, candied fruit, calvados. Rich yet peppered, earthy. Acidic yet round, it's ridiculously complex. Just great

Very impressive with Provençal gratin and sausages from Belcampo. Enough salty tang and complexity for the anchovy, enough fun refreshing fruit for the sausage and more complexity than any other still rose I have had this year.

Crazy serious rosé. Mineral and dried flowers. Fruit hits 30 seconds into the extremely long finish. I might drink the whole bottle just trying to figure it out.
