Smooth, soft, very good quility rose — a year ago
Bold and full earth on the palate but light as a feather. — 5 months ago
The description: This bright, sunny, light-to-medium-bodied, salmon-coloured beauty is an elegantly crisp, refreshing, well-balanced, and deliciously dry Côtes de Provence Rosé. This Cru Classé is made mainly from the local Provençal grape variety Tibouren, together with some Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
The opinion: Very good. Taste gets deeper the more you hold it in your mouth. — 10 months ago
Really fresh and crisp. — 3 months ago
Medium light ruby with a wide watery pink rim . Quite aromatic with fresh cut herbs like rosemary and thyme , strawberry jam, sweet black cherry and black pepper. On the palate this is quite rounded and sweetly fruited with red fruits dominating , cherry , strawberry and raspberry , with some of the black pepper and thyme notes of the nose . There is a bit of warmth and generosity on the palate, with a round mouthfeel . However it has balanced acidity with ripe but noticable tannins , and a saline , seaside tinge on the reasonable finish . Enjoyable now this will probably age alright over the next 5 years or so , though with more time it will loose its juicy , fruit driven character that makes it appealing . — 5 months ago

Blend of Grenache (72%), Cinsault (26%) and Tibouren (2%). Lovely salmon/pink color. Aromas of red berries, watermelon, stone fruits and wet stones. Flavors of strawberry, peaches, raspberry citrus fruits and white pepper. Beautiful note of saline on the long and crisp finish. More body and heft than a traditional Provence-style Rose’. Juicy, complex and extremely well balanced. Versatile food pairing wine. Excellent! Part of the Capital Grill 2025 Generous Pour Program. — 18 days ago
