Good, still very primary. Lots of fruit, but lacking a bit of acid. I have one bottle left that I’ll leave for a bit. Curious how this will turn out in the long run.

Oct 30th, 2024This Fleurie had quite a bit more body and extraction that the Domaine Chapel. I think that this might need a few more years in the bottle to truly shine. It seemed a bit disjointed at this point.
