Rare that I can find a Priorat in TX much less a quality affordable wine from one of my favorite wineries Clos Figueras. @closfigueras . We had a wonderful night at their Chateau so this not only brings back memories but the soft Garnacha Blend with the earthy castle like minerality red fruit, hints of herbs. DELICIOUS

Enjoyed this Serras with Greek food. High QPR, still very fruitdriven but already a high degree of complexity.

Very good for a young Priorat! Blend of Garnacha, Carignan and Syrah. Aromas and flavors of red fruits, mineral and subtle floral notes. Hint of vanilla. Fresh wine with a long finish. A bit of a lavender on the aftertaste. Good potential after more bottle age.
