May 24th, 2013Medium intensity ruby medium wide ruby rim . Pretty open , spicy , blackberry , dark plum . In the mouth pretty dark , spicy blackcurrant , blackberry , dark plum , touch of floral notes . Quite high acidity , tannins still very present , long and complex , touch of mineral , cocoa and coffee notes . Alcohol slightly noticeable but doesn’t detract from the overall experience . Ok now though will improve over the next 5-10 years . After a while deep and closed , more chocolate richness .
