Once we decanted it opened up and become more tannic. Was good with Dubliner Cheese

Harsh. Opened up with aeration. Lots of red fruit, tannins softening but still robust, tons of structure from oak. Pleasant and very nice with the steak and the mushroom risotto.

Big, velvet smooth, and delicious as a complement to Pecorino Mugellano cheese.

Delicious! I love this wine with steak. The texture of the wine is velvet and the finish is excellent.

Dark fruit and leather, tannic. Perfect for Italian night.

Dry, chalky. Should be awesome though around 2020 when it has smoothed out a little.
