Like drinking liquid honey, with an undercurrent of apricot and nuts. Sweet, but not cloying, smooth with a lingering finish. Goes really well with dessert.

I'm a sucker for good Vin Santo. This one is a more recent vintage than I'm accustomed to, so more tangy and bright. Nevertheless it provided all the requisite notes of raisin, apple tart, cinnamon spice, and honey. My biscotti was lured in for a dip!
