The whole clusters brought out an interesting note of black olive brine. This is a Barolo that jumps out of the glass. Intense vintage to match its intense fragrance.

DAY 1
Served with the Vinloq System
👃Needs an hour in the glass and 65F/18C. Underripe strawberry, eucalyptus, herbs, & roses. The olive tapenade arrives last. Can a wine smell silky?(synesthesia?)
👅Red cherry fruit, herbs, olives, tar & florals. Velour texture. Tar and cherries linger on the long and lovely finish. Elegant & refined

Slow Decanted the remaining wine in my fridge

DAY 11
👃More fruit than before? Smells totally amazing!
👅The elegant side of Barolo. Total class. Please don’t let this glass empty🙏🏼

The wine was stellar on each occasion 🍷
