Whole cluster pressed and fermented in a combination of 50 % stainless steel, 25 % French oak and 25 % concrete tulip tanks. Rested 9 months on the lees then bottled without fining.
Aromas of lemon blossom, caramel and nutmeg.
Smooth flavours of ripe golden apple, yellow pear and almonds with a creamy Stoney minerality on the finish.
Very well balanced at 13.5 % ABV.
