Deep cola flavors with spice. This is all ripe fruit with structure to age from the fruit with the oak appearing to be completely neutral. Along with their trousseau, my favorite of the Copain range. Typical Copain elegance but with real intensity of flavor.

Big fruit and cocoa. A good bit of spice. Suspect it would age nicely over the next several years.
