Nebbiolo in name but takes on a much riper fruit, deeper in color, hint of jam, alcohol is noticeable

Excellent for being out of Red Mountain ( not Piedmont) chewy tannins, light spice, notes of oak and cherry. Super long finish!

Not Nebbiolo ish-but really compelling. Slight funk on the nose. Group complains of high alc% I didn't note it, however. Almost drinks like ripe Cru Beaujolais.-after revisiting, this turned a very bad corner and all fruit fell out. Nose turned into cough syrup and palate lost all fruit.
