If you like Brett this has it on the nose in spades. A little much for my taste. Cherry cola with moderate tannins and acid in the mouth. A bit too sweet in the middle for a cab with pencil lead, minerals, and metallic finish. Balance is off and seems a bit syrupy.

From Monterey... One of my fav areas in Cali and where the Swanson's cattle ranch😉... is very drinkable right away.

Jun 21st, 2015Surprisingly good. Medium bodied, medium tannin. Nice tannin/fruit balance. Decent finish. Nothing offensive about this cab. Great bang for your buck.

Cant go wrong with this BEVMO 5 cent deal. Takes about 3-4 hours to fully breathe and mature and it does definitely transform itself. Gets dryer the longer it sits. Delicious to pair with your daily dinner.
