This Eola - Amity PG has more in common with a waxy Chenin then it's watery Italian cousins. Fresh citrus, white pepper and a big beautiful body (14% ABV)

Surprisingly a bit heavier and more buttery than anticipated. Perhaps some hints of botrytis influence? Even if it's a little compromised, this is a decent wine. Lemon, nectarine, and white peach flavors mix with a bit of sore mineral.
