Delicious. A nose with settled wood, a hint of spice/curry, leather and a lovely bramble sourness. Quite lean and structured. Real length and character. Excellent

1991 Dalla Valle Maya CS. Second set of reds we tried at house dinner w A&C BG and MR&GR. This wine we tried alongside the '97 Insignia. Hard to pick a fave bw the two, but the group seemed to favor the Maya slightly over the Insignia. Both were awesome!

May 2nd, 20161991 vintage - Flat at opening but after an hour, wine stretched out. Glorious! Continued to get better as time passed.
