A subtly-nuanced blockbuster monster. Maybe a relic from past-Parkerian times? Lovely olives and violet aromas struggling between heavy layers of black, very black, fruits. Dense, "virile" texture. Although heavy and hot, extremely enjoyable. An iconic Aussie red from an excellent vintage. I would pay close attention to the service temperature, making sure to pour it fresh to accentuate the flowery side of this wine. @darenbergwine #mclarenvale #shiraz

(17/20) Насыщенный аромат спелых вишни и сливы с нотами черного перца, кедра и кожи. Тельное с высокой кислотностью. Довольно танинное, танины обладают приятной бархатистой структурой. Довольно зрелое вино по стилю больше напоминающее Бароссу, чем МакЛарен.
