Signature Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Black cherry nose with earthy notes. Medium fruit. Medium body. Missing slight mid pallet. Very enjoyable and friendly.

On the deck. Decanted and left to breathe for an hour. Pours inky purple. Bouquet of dark cherries and plums. First taste is dark cherries and plums with a brutal dry finish. Softens in the glass for a milder dark cherries and chocolate(?) and plums with a medium dry finish of smoke and leather.

Bohanan’s steak. Wonderful addition to the meal

Fantastic Cab, sage, mint, cherry and cranberry. Slightly acidic given its young age. Decanted for about an hour, will definitely shelf for 5 years if I get more.
