Dave Phinney
Locations OR Grenache Blend

Great wine from Orin Swift Cellars by winemaker Dave Phinney. Beautiful dark cherry, chocolate, raspberry, slight vanilla and wood. Everything you’d want in a fabulous Pinot Noir.

Not overripe. A good fruit fruit forward first taste that goes to oak sweetness but ends with an awesome burnt caramel/sugar flavor.

Light. No notes of anything really. Easy to drink

Another of Dave Phinney's NV blends. 14.5 ABV. Chocolate and cherry. Does not remind me of an OR Pinot. This and the Spain came up short. Even at $18 you can buy other Pinots that say "Oregon" better.
Anyone tried the Texas yet, or even find it anywhere? Haven't seen it, and the whole TX wine scene kind of intrigues me. 8.7

Dave Phinney's NV blend packs a punch at 14.5 ABV. Good deal at its price point. Not a Great wine, but a really good one , especially for its price. 1 of 5 regional blends he produced.
