Yay Loire bubbles! Love the versatility of Chenin Blanc - will hopefully soon be a household name in the U.S. And the addition of a little Chard and (gasp) Cab Franc really rounds it out nicely.

Nose: saline lemon, a little buttered biscuit. No apple juice, yay. Taste: dry, crisp, distinct lemon and some biscuit. I really like this. Pretty decent value.

Beautiful salmon and gold in color. On the nose apples and pear. Fairly low acid with nice orchard fruits coming through. A medium crisp finish with a touch of herbs.
