Apr 13th, 2017Beautiful. Right in the middle between youthful fruitiness and mature tertiary development, showing some elements of both. Delightfully perfumed on the nose, full in the mouth, and smooth on the finish. A real treat.

A beautiful wine just loaded with blackberries, cassis and spices; very complex overall. Very big on taste and some tannins but drinking great. Happy I have another couple of bottles. This is another wine I get from the winery every year and drink them chronology. All cab, Delectable is incorrect

Excellent fruit; cassis, blackberries, loaded. Outstanding mouth feel, very different but all the fruit is there, big wine. Delectable says its Cab and Syrah but Dehlinger says all Cab? Dehlinger just rereleased this vintage, happy I brought some more. V day dinnerwith barb at home

Unabashedly Californian: deep, dark fruit with hints of truffle and gun powder. People love to hate on cali CS, but this is great interpretation.
