Nice silky feel, not to fruity or buttery, touch of pucker in the end, with just a hint of unicorn.

68% SB, 32% Sèmillon, this was a really well balanced effort. Early on the apple flavors were up front and as it warmed in the glass I was getting richly textured guava and pineapple. Glad to have a few more of these stashed away. First sentence on the back of the bottle ‘The world has plenty of Chardonnay’. While I do love Chard, i believe this to be a true statement!

Color of light gold. Nose of apple cider, mineral, ripe banana, and a bit sprite. Taste follows nose notes, with addition of good citrus acidity, ripe pineapple, honey, tinkling mouthfeel, and subtle mineral. Aftertaste is long and dominated by minerals and acidity. Pure, clean, and good flavors.
