3 liter saline and mineral driven with lime and lemon flavors reminded me of a great Chablis with bubbles. Only complaint it was a little one dimensional . I have tasted it in regular bottles with the same outcome . Maybe a lot more time is needed.

Jan 1st, 2018Recently disgorged bottle , very primary with crisp apple and citrus fruits . Some mineral and toast developed with air , but I would not open another bottle for 3 to 5 years . It's going to be great just needs time.
