This is such a hidden gem. Alix and Etinne's negociant label. Do I see the Roulot influence here (wink wink)? I guess so. Very muted on the nose: minerality, honey, white flowers, ripe citrus, and stone fruits. Sooo much more expressive on the palate! Very broad and soft textures, white Brioche, baking spices, apple blossoms, medium+ very integrated and soft acidity. LONG finish.
