Just gorgeous straight from the cellar to the glass. My recommendation? Don't decant this one. It's structure was delicate, balanced and ready to be enjoyed with a pork or a hearty fish dish. But don't distract from it with a big steak. Light garnet with copper tones in the color, Burgundian on the nose leads me to think there's probably more Pinot in this than the other varietals. Simply luscious and a rewarding treat to end a powerful week.
