#AgedWineTuesday

Light golden in color.

Nice nose that reminds me of Champagne.

Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.

Showing lemons, apples, spices, minerals, white pepper, citrus, light earth, light yeast and brioche.

Long finish with limes and grapefruits.

This is a very nice surprise. This 11 year old Sparkling wine from England is drinking beautifully now. Elegant and rich. Complex and interesting.

Still young, but already delicious. Well balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

A good quality wine, that will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

A blend of 65% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 5 years on the lees. Made in the Traditional Method.

12% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$75.
