Really unstable, astringent opening and then settled in the decanter. Perfumed florals. Candied red fruit. Stone and dried leaf. Not particularly complicated but no less enjoyable. Happy Birthday @Gerald Montoya

Excellent Burgundy at this price ($36 retail). Drank well by itself but would shine with poultry.
