We are enjoying a 2012 Montagny 1er Cru Domaine Alan Roy Chardonnay. After a long day nothing better then relaxing with a slightly chilled French Chardonnay. The nose is a beautiful blend of fruit, peach, apricots, white flowers and a big minerality. The palate is one of grapefruit, apricot, pear and then big river rock minerality. The acidity is electric with a long finish. Purchased for $25.99 totally worth it.

Beautiful, classic white burg like this shows how wood should work with chard. This one manages to translate a great deal of minerality as well.
