2 great producers of Rhone tonight! The Clape had both Red and black cherry, beef blood, iron, rust, dried herbs, black olive and very aromatic with nice balance of fruit and acid for an 03 as it was a very hot year.

Coffee, dark chocolate, cherry, Black Forest, and the blood of an iron horse. Chewy. Strength and seduction. Stop me or I'll go blind. Needs at least an hour of decanting for the rust to blow off.
