Very pleasant, minerals and pears. Went very well with fresh sword fish steak.

Just a touch of age, with some cheese rind notes coming out. Good color (a bit more golden) and showing some of the power of the 2012 vintage.

2014 is back on point. Lean, but fresh. Like licking a wet stone after sucking on a lemon.

Brûléed lemon, flinty minerals, generous acid. A real chugger.

Rich, which given the 2009 vintage is not something that was unexpected. Still full of classic 'Chablis' minerality and verve, although it's not as noticeable as it would be in a cooler vintage.
