Beautiful. Apple and mineral nose. Petrichor. Aromas somewhere between a mineral riesling and Chablis, a little oxidative but so crisp. Palate is not very dense but has a lovely briskness and a lingering finish. Interesting secondary qualities just starting to develop.

This is a very powerful and aromatic wine. Its nose is very strong, filled with intense citrus and honey. The palette contains yeast, pineapple, and citrus. I would recommend waiting 30 minutes before consuming. The palette and nose are very complex.
