Terroir du Mont-Blanc Vin de Savoie Cépage Gringet

My first Belluard and my first Grignet, which reminds me a bit of oxidized Friulano I think. But it's dry as there's an oily texture and extreme spiciness. Very good stuff in any case.

Works shockingly well with Fried Anchovies, Grilled Sardines and Galactic Burritos.
