What a lovely Chablis. Surprise of the night; not because we didn’t know it would be good, but because we didn’t know it would be this good. What a value. Loads of minerality. Needs more time, but decanted well and you could sense the goodness there. Classic Chablis nose and palate. Some oak there but really balanced everything out. Seek this out and put some back several more years. I love the 2014’s.

Tasty Chablis with oysters. Tight at first with a whiff of oak. An hour in, it opened up and the oak whiff was gone.
