Brilliant wine. Tropical, mineral on the nose. Killer acids on the palate. Good body and spice. Deep and structured. Really impressive vintage for this wine. Outrageously complex and drinking really well now but no rush. Incredibly density. This has gotten even better with 1.5 hours of air.

Very aromatic, hints of nutmeg an cinnamon wildflower honey. Crisp apple with same spices on mid palate. Very concentrated but never heavy. Keeps a very structured, restrained profile despite its power.

This was quite delicious and much needed after a long drive and (what didn't turn out to be, but we were worried might be) a transmission issue in the motor coach

Wow. Perfect. So fresh and crisp. Amazing. Not at all over the top. Fruit is almost appley with a hint of grapefruit. Delicious.
