Didn't like this. Lacked crisp acidity. Flabby. Boring. Hoping 1er cru version is better.

Jun 27th, 2013All the ingredients of a very good Chablis here, with assertive citrus notes, good taunt minerality and well pitched acid balance. Not as harmonious yet, perhaps, as it could be. Long savory finish. I'm thinking Kingfish.
