Spicy blackberry. Low acidity, tannin strong and rocky gravel concentration. Almost a slightly floral mid palate. Burnt wood and hair on the finish.

Made with Organic grapes, deep dark red with concentrated black fruit aromas with smoky oak tones. On the palate black cherry with cranberry fruit, well balanced with smooth tannins and acidity. The finish has good length ending with some cacao notes. Short term aging could have potential benefits.

Good mouthfeel. Lots of spice. Good tannins. Medium-length finish. Blueberry, blackberry. Great pairing with Charleston’s roast chicken.
