Dry, but elevated and mineral driven. Drank from a double magnum, there’s little noticeable yeast or brioche-like flavor. Nose is dry yellow stone fruit, lemon and maybe a talc or other dry crushed stone. Great for drinking on its own or as a mimosa, with no sign of losing momentum.

Dec 25th, 20232017 vintage is amazing! The blend is well done with pear flavor on the tongue. Will definitely stick with this sparkling wine from CA. Toasted in the new year, Happy 2022!

Jan 2nd, 2022Nutty, hint of green apple and citrus. Mistakenly had a small amount left in the fridge for a week and really surprised me- still relatively fresh with only mild flavor reduction.

Jan 1st, 2022Nose of baked apple, raspberry, key lime pie crust, and light brioche. Clean and precise on the palate. Creamy mousse provides a rich feel.
Nice bubble. The 17’ blends 53% PN, 44% Chard and 3% pinot gris. Tasted drier than 9g/l dosage suggested.
